Aspartate; Glutamine; and Phenylalanine?

Check these levels of any supplements we might consider, it's good to know to avoid these specific amino acids in amount higher than a typical good diet would supply.

These are often added - in high amounts - to many supplements that offer a "boost" to the tired masses and they can be deceiving - and dangerous for those with neurological issues &/or adrenal dysfunction.

Topic: Amino Acid Information Link

See post: Caution: Aspartate; Glutamine; and Phenylalanine (3 excitatory amino acids that can be wrong for us when added as supplements, beyond a normal dietary level)

Seaweed has its own natural MSG (monosodium glutamate) and can be very excitatory

Interesting that anything fermented damage nerves. As a lot of us know there is a big push to add fermented food to our diet.
