I've made it with Splenda and it's divine. This is probably my favorite recipe website. Under miscellaneous desserts there's a recipe for "mock Danish" that is great for breakfast.
It's really tasty to substitute a dollop of preserves or jam for the cinnamon, I plop it right in the middle before nuking.
Lots of desserts here you could fiddle with using alternative sweeteners to not be ingesting so much sugar.
Quick chocolate muffin, tastes much like cake... 1/4 cup almond meal, 1 egg, 2 T coconut oil, 2 T cocoa, 1/4 t baking powder, stevia to taste. Mix together well and nuke one minute. Search "muffin in a mug" for more variations.
A quick delicious butter cream icing can be whipped together with a stick of butter, block of cream cheese, dash of vanilla, and sweeten to taste.
Chocolate bark made with coconut oil, sprinkle with almonds, macadamias, etc for texture and crunch.

Anyone have that recipe for ice cream in a jar? It's simple ingredients like cream, sugar and milk with vanilla.

I make chocolate coconut oil bars.
1 cup 100% cocoa 1 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup raw honey
Use mixer to blend and pour into glass 61/2 x 81/2 dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then cut them into 16 squares. Keep them refrigerated. Coconut oil esp this time of year melts.
I eat two every evening at 8pm. It is a great treat. Take a bite and roll in your mouth while the most delicious flavor (this makes the yummy last longer)melts in your mouth.
I went looking on the web for a recipe to get 2 tbsp. of coconut into my mouth daily and found this.
The big surprise was that it completely curbed my salt/sweet binges that happened at night.

Beware I had a yeast die off from eating these. It lasted about 2 weeks. The misery from the die off was completely worth the reward.
