Hello everyone:

I am a very long time member- almost 20 years, that's here to tell you that there is hope if you have Lyme. I am 70 years old, and got Lyme thru a blood transfusion when I was 27 YO. Not dx'd until 2001. But I can tell you that after pulsing therapy, getting Candida and Babesia under control ( which took about 3 years).. I am still here with an excellent quality of life. Not sure how many people from the OLD DAYS are still on the list!!

Bpeck, you might not see this, but I was around then and remember your inspirational post about the role of inflammation in success treatment, which spoke to me and shifted my own focus.

So glad to hear you're well. I've kept up with a few people off-line, though not you, who are also quite well and still going strong. I, myself, feel cured. I understand the importance of using the word remission, but over a decade or more out from any and all treatment, I no longer worry about relapse and I'm doing well.

Great news & stay well [Smile]

Bpeck, hey there. Many of us old timers are doing better or much better.

Sadly, some are still fighting the good fight. They will get there.

Many old timers continue to spread the word and continue to help those who finally found the truth on Lyme & co.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for posting success stories! It is rare that folks stick around to do that, and it means so much to know there is hope. I just joined today, and yours was the second post that caught my eye. It totally brightened my day and lowered my anxiety. Hugs!

I just dropped in to check if the site was running like it used to back in the day. I've had lyme twice and have neuropathy head to toe and hypersomnia as a result. Of course the doc's think the neuropathy is from diabetes and can't figure out the hypersomnia.
I'm glad some of the old timers are still around. Although there aren't many with a 3 digit membership number.

Hi BugBarb,
Nice to hear from you, though I wish you were doing better...

I was here from the very beginning in early 90's. For some reason I have had to re boot a couple of times - thus my low number.
I might even outdate Lymetoo!

Please stay in touch.

Hey there,

It’s been a while for me. I joined in 2006 when first diagnosed with Lyme, babesia and bartonella (undiagnosed for a decade before that).

I recently came back to this site after many years because my uncle was diagnosed with babesia (and suspected Lyme). So I’ve been researching the latest protocols to make sure his doc is treating him right.

And I wanted to post in this thread as I’m another success story. After several years of treatment and now nearly a decade out from it, I’m doing really well. [Smile]

Great news Allie!!!

One more that tamed the lyme beast!!!

I'm also lyme-free for exactly 9 years.
My daughter too!
