Wow. Too bad the judge has not seen "Under Our Skin" or explored the pain and lack of options involved in the other diagnoses this man had.

Of course, there is law but when those administering the law do not have the basic knowledge regarding the situation / influences and practicalities of such illnesses, it can create injustice.
