This could mean a lot to states bordering West Virginia - like Ohio.

Yes, Miss Anne of Ohio and I'll be Miss Pam of Kentucky. Let's see how long the neighboring states of WV, get a clue.
WV has very high disability in their state and I've always thought there was a big reason for that. Undiagnosed and untreated Lyme.
The powers that be ran out the only WV LLMD in Morgantown many years ago. I wonder where she went?
