How about this, new study showing that the Herpes virus is abundant in brain tissue from people with Alzheimer's...

I guess autoimmune Alzheimer's, isn't so autoimmune as they thought... What other autoimmune diseases is there an underlying infection?

Maybe the IDSA and CDC has been wrong about chronic Lyme being autoimmune? lol, nahhhh, they're always right. What are they calling it now PTSD? It's amazing how things can just change overnight with science...

I suspect that with a lot of these chronic diseases and disorders, once your immune system lowers, it gives any underlying dormant infection like a virus to wreak havoc on people's body.

How your immune cells respond to these underlying infections can still cause inflammation and create chronic disease, so in a way it's still autoimmune, but there's also an underlying infection going on as well. Just as they suspect and wrote in the article, antiviral drugs may help Alzheimer's patients, slowing the process.

As we're starting to figure out, blaming it all on your immune system, suggesting it's your immune system for being confused, isn't the case anymore. Things are a lot more complex than they seem.

It's funny, why does this hit all the news stations, when the new studies on lyme and persister cells don't? I actually saw this on the local news. Corrupt media!
