TICK & LYME STUDY- OVER 30 YEARS AGO- PARKS

A study was conducted in multiple national parks in 1987-1988.

The rate of infected ticks was rather shocking- from 11% to 79%.

The author warned that park staff and visitors should "maintain viligence at all parks in the eastern United States".

So why did it take so long to be told about the problem and for the government to do something about it?

What has our government been hiding from us all these years? There must be a reason who, what, when, where and why?

I hate thinking that someone knew that something failed and a monster was created. Were they hoping nobody would notice?
