Michael, I'm so glad you found that as well. It may not dot all the i's and cross all the t's as I might have wished -

I'm still not sure she has seen the destructive, purposeful methods of the IDSA in full clarity & seems to think they just are unclear about a few things - but at least she voices the roller coaster nature of patient advice - so others who experience that can relate . . .

yet, yes, it's that author's very interesting account as well as personal research outcomes. I'm glad she shared her own discoveries.
