How you feel when coping with flare-ups of Lyme disease - very vivid accounts of experiencing several different tick-borne disease symptoms when they hit again.

Here is something I don't hear often enough: (split-up for easier reading)

"Lastly, to all the doctors and health practitioners recognising late-stage Lyme disease and supporting the patients afflicted with it,
whether through medical treatment or holistic therapies,

there are no words to describe my respect for and appreciation and admiration of you.

You are the foundation and the core of treating, supporting, and caring for those with this disease.

Thank you for seeing us, hearing us, validating us, and acknowledging us.

Thank you for increasing the quality of our health and our lives. Thank you for helping our bodies heal."

That's for sure. The LLMD who saved my life was investigated within the last 6 years, with his license at risk. How many doctors are committed enough to risk their career to treat such a complicated disease?

As for the dance, when I feel good, I think it's going to last. When I feel bad, I think it's going to last.

Either way of thinking is negative. I either get very disappointed at the next down turn, or I am very discouraged.

Over all, I am getting better, but still with ups and downs. It's a slow dance for me.
