Go to " 2020 Numbers at a Glance" and click on “Tick-borne diseases” to see the latest - end of August - reported cases.
Please note that these are reported cases.
Many cases are diagnosed and treated but never reported. Other cases are mis-diagnosed or go un-diagnosed.
According to the CDC, the total number of cases is estimated at 10 times the reported ones. Which means there are actually over 300,000 cases in the U.S. every year.

In 2018, the CDC says Ohio had 293 cases.
Anyone know if the CDC's 2019 cases are available yet?

Oh I don't know if it's even worth checking on because most aren't reported....numbers are way off and something needs to be done about that...
