This is so sad. Such a beautiful young man (22) who died from Lyme disease and babesiosis in Michigan. Deloros posted his obituary on our Facebook page.

I posted my condolences on his obituary page and noticed several comments from others who had seen this announcement on their internet pages including one in Canada.

I found it encouraging to know his loss will inspire people to spread the word about the seriousness of tick-borne diseases.

Sure makes me count my blessings that even though Lyme has left me with permanent damage I can get up every day and find joy in life.

Sounds like this young man knew how to find joy.

What a handsome, young, kind, athletic, educated and sweet soul. ❤️

I read his father was a medical doctor. Heartbreaking being unable to heal your own son. The suffering of this close knit family, no words. . .

We MUST continue to be Lyme advocates until all Lyme sufferers receive a desperately needed cure.

Oh my, Lord God please bless his family and friends with comfort and love in this grief time.
