Just one more reason why you MUST either have a well, or drink only purified water. City tap water is NOT safe.

Some city water is treated surface water.

Our city water all comes from wells.

I would have to be convined first that this worm didnt crawl up the faucet,,,and inside it from the sink it was discovered in.

Can I say, this story sounds 'fishy'???

Otherwise it staying alive thru treatment and filter episodes would be extremely remarkable.

I have never seen a worm in well water. Plus conditions would be perfect for it to be sucked into a cracked line because pressure would be forcing out. Negative pressure would be required.

TOO much info left out of this story to be taken at face value. I saw the pics and vids,where did the water come from that it was swimming in??

plus ONE worm would be even more rare!!!
