Wow is right! It looks like someone cut a perfect circle out of the pavement and caused the center to fall through.

A whole building was swallowed up. Lots of people must be injured or worse. So sad that no one seems to care. The article said something very similar happened in 2007 and is likely to happen again if proper monitoring and repairs are not made.
