My last blood test came back with impaired kidney function and I'm waiting for the results of my follow-up blood test. I've started drinking cranberry juice and am switching to distilled water but is there anything else I can do? [Frown]

Stinging nettle is great for the kidneys. I take pills every day.

Also, of course, drink tons of water.
