Typing these out here so I know what I have done and possibly get suggestions on what to do.

1. Monitor needs a certain resolution. So, I went to the place to change the resolution and it will not go above 1,000. 1600 is suggested.

I did the trouble shoot thing and can't recall where I got stuck there so will go back and try again.

2. Not able to play movies through netflix.

1st it says to download starlight or something which I have done in the past.

Then I get a notice that I all ready have the program and need to uninstall and install again

Did that

Still am not able to get beyond install starlight or whatever the program is with microsoft

I did noticed I needed XP something 2...so checked to see what I had. I have XP 3 as 2 is no longer

I will try and trouble shoot this one again when able.

It is just that it might be a long time when I am able again so recording what I have done here.
