New documentary on Lyme, for anyone interested.

I did some searching on Plum Island and found that it is suggested that they did tests on ticks in the 50's. Plum Island is just between Long Island and Conneticut.
Thought it was ironic that the German Scientist who supposedly did the testing also once resided in a Nazi Camp in the town of Yaphank, which is the same town I lived in for 32 years...

I was told that Cold Spring Harbor may also play a role in the Lyme disease saga. If the ticks that carry Bb and if Bb itself has been modified, then I would think more than one institution would be involved.

I wish there was more information to find on biological field testing. Potential biowarfare agents require testing in real life situations to determine how effective they are. Could Lyme disease have been some sort of field test? Was Allen Steere (an EIS agent) sent to monitor and study the results?

I firmly believe Bb has been tinkered with. Dr. Burgdorfer stated this in his Under Our Skin interview. I don't rightly care if it sounds like a "conspiracy theory". When the man that discovered the pathogen says it has been genetically modified, then states that he also did not disclose everything to the interviewer, then that is proof enough for me.

I agree. There is a 'Novel' called Plum Island that pretty much spells things out. It is a good read, available at Amazon.

I can pretty much be sure the ticks were 'tinkered with' in the 1950's because my mom had it and my father had Lyme too. I believe I was born with Lyme, in 1956.

It is also possible but a lot harder to determine, whether my grandmother who was bedridden by the time I was born, also suffered Lyme. My other grandmother, had brain surgery waaaay back when (1950's), for unexplained reasons.

We are from N. Wisconsin, Rusk County.
The whole idea of bio-weaponizing and then testing on the American population just disgusts me. I have become a 'Conspiracy Theorist' despite my best efforts.
