If you haven't already please kindly Complete this urgent Questionnaire - UK & NI Citizens please complete this MP requested survey if you or anyone you know has symptoms consistent with Lyme disease. The results will be used to lobby parliament about this national health problem.
💚*** I need help getting as many patients in UK & NI to fill out patient survey & petition I also need help finding patients for local press radio interviews at this time!
