Does anyone know if these minerals are destroyed if they are heated or come in contact with heated food.

You can't actually 'destroy' minerals the way you can vitamins. Vitamins are complex molecules that can come apart or re-organize under different conditions. Minerals are basic elements. They can't come apart, at least not under normal conditions.
I remember asking a physicist once, if I boil some greens for a long time, will that destroy the calcium in them? He answered "Not unless you applied massive neutron irradiation, which is not commonly found in kitchens."
Of course, throwing away the cooking liquid might lose some nutrients but that's not the same thing as destroying them.
I don't know what other ingredients are found in that BioPure product that might possibly go bad, but the minerals won't be harmed.
