I am going to my first doctors visit on Monday. The doctor I am going to see has an infusion clinic. I am pretty sure that he will suggest that I have infusions because my magnesium is so low. I wonder if anyone has tried them and felt that they helped? I have read that they can be expensive, not to mention dangerous!

For me Bcomplex IV helps did not used the magnesium IV or IM only tabs or spray i use now.I buy B-complex and B12 amps for a year every time i go to Europ it is cheep. If you can find B-complex sublingual it is good to but has to have all B -vitamins not just 3-4 of them .To take only IV vitamins is expensive and you can find better solutions buy them out of USA ore find sublingual .
