According to Dr. R (PhD.), the problems of many CFS sufferers are made worse by some genetic mutations known as SNPs. These can cause a requirement for extra folate and choline. I know for sure that taking more of those supplements has definitely helped me.
I'm waiting on the results from 23andme. I hope it will tell me more about why I'm ill. I got the test because they're offering a very nice discount(80% off!) right now.

I just saw that discount a couple of days ago as well.
My LLMD ran a few SNPs for me already that came back as homozygous (boo-hiss), but it's tough to get some of the other ones ordered from a typical lab.
