Close to 2 weeks into treatment, taking cipro and plaquenil. Wondering if this is a lousy regimen.
I feel no different. I get the occasional blast of pain in my feet, which wasn't there before. Muscles still twitching like crazy, feet and hands still like ice. Anxiety has died down a bit, but it has been wxing and waning for over a year before this round of Cipro.
Anyone have some good knowledge about Bart, how to get to it, how long it takes, and when I could expect some changes?

also I take Cipro on an empty stomach, 1st thing in the morning. I think my Doc told me to do this, but my brain is just not functioning properly. I could have dreamed it!

Rifampin was what I took for Bart. But only 75 mg per day, not 300 or 600 like alot of people on here. Not sure what you can take it with, but it did seem to help me.
