PepsiX is zinc carnosine.
I tried 1/8 of a tablet of this med (one capsule has 91 mg) - so I took only 11 mg. I got so sick over the holidays, was sleeping 15 hours, got severe throbbing and vibrating, swollen legs and didn't feel well at all.
I took it because my zinc is extremely low. I googled and found it is probably a peptid.
I am not sure if the peptid was regulating my inflammation down and the bugs did take over or if the peptid was causing die-off. Karen

Just found it can treat helicobacter pylori. Could it be a die-off? Was not diagnosed with helicobacter, but you never know.Helicobacter can cause tingling. But I never had stomach problems.
