i have had a mild sore throat on and off for about three weeks now- no fever but do have mild aches in back of my neck. any one else experience this lately?

Yes, I had that for several months. I did have a low grade fever with it too though.

I've had a sore throat on and off for a long time, often with a low grade fever - but not always. I found that sucking on and eating a whole garlic clove helped me. Totally ancedotal, but if you like garlic, I figure it's worth a try. It seems that having one clove a day has kept the sore throat away if not lessened it.

A sore throat has been a constant symptom for me since getting LD. It would come and go or just feel like I was about to get a sore throat. It has improved with treatment.

I am same as sutherngrl- constant sore throat- major symptom before dx with lyme and co, then on and off for weeks at a time with treatment.
Been good lately and hasn't flared for about a month at this point. Hope its gone for good!

I thought a sore throat and pain in the back of the neck was a babesia symptom. Just a thought - something to keep in mind.

i have chronic throat pain.it is mostly the left side of throat,ear,cheek bone and everything else in the area.the funny thing one of the ticks i had imbedded in me was my left ear.also i have had very high mono,and ebv titers for 3 yrs!when i first started going to the doctors they thought i had mono and ebv and the tick i had well i tested negative on elisa test so i did not get treated for lyme.if i knew then what i know now.for some reason when i start antibiotics my throat and gland pain starts up.
