Who practices this method? The idea being that abx drive spirochetes into cysts and into hiding, so taking a short break every once in a while may allow the bugs to come back out of hiding. Then you tackle them when they're vulnerable and not expecting it.
Has anyone had success with this? I know Dr. B took longer breaks allowing relapse and then hitting them again with Ceftin. He was supposedly symptom-free before he tried this though. I am not symptom free. Do you have to be symptom free to do this without it being dangerous?
How long does it take off abx for spirochetes to become active again?
Thanks!! V

Also, would like to add that I have been on cyst busters for several years, so I do know about them. I just seem to be experiencing that even cyst busters may not be cutting it and some bacteria can possibly still hide.
