Has anyone this omnicef for dizziness, neuro lyme symptoms? If so, could you tell me the dose you were taking and did it help you at all. My llmd wants me to start biccilan shots but I am very leary of them and hate needles. Please help.

I'm on omnicef because my insurance wouldn't cover the Bicillan.

I'm tolerating it well, and it seems to be helping.

it crosses the BBB a LITTLE, but certainly not great. it's in the same class as Ceftin, but is a later-stage ABX.

IM or IV meds would be a much better option for neurological issues (IMO).
