I know I need to do it, but am very concerned about allergic responses since I am allergic to so many things. A bit worried about Rx interactions w/herbs too b/c am on several meds, both Lyme-and-company-related and other.
Big ole nutty worrywort here!
Unfortunately, I don't currently have the means to go get muscle tested, etc.
Seems that most people have used herbal formations or salt/C.
I understand many folks have seen benefits from the latter, but I'm too leery of it at this point to do it myself (just being honest).
Has anyone had success with either an herbal formula that only has 1-2 ingredients vs a sundry of them?
Thanks all.

Caprasite from Mount Capra does not contain artemisinin. Might be worth a try.

Parasites cause major food allergies. Just so you know.

You can always start very slow with any of the antiparasitic herbs. Totally understand your fear.
I never had a bad reaction from the herbs except for herxing. You can always open the capsules and put them in applesauce and just step into it lightly by ingesting the amount you want.
This way it won't be as frightening for you. Others have taken these herbs with other meds and had no problems. Just take them about an hour apart.

Thanks guys.
Tickbattler, I checked out CapraSite- maybe they've changed their ingredients since? It does list wormwood as an ingredient. Thanks though.
Cane, I only have two "regular American-version of" food allergies. But some herbal stuff, even lightly simmered teas, have not been OK at all. Several Rx allergies as well.
Gael, thanks for the sugg. I also rub things harshly onto the back of my forearms (thin/sensitive skin there) b/f even putting it into my mouth.
Yep, I'm that much of a kook!
