Hi everyone
I was wondering if you know how this lymphatic system works (or not) for us...I mean How do you know your lymphatic system is working and detoxing properly or not, are there any specific symptoms?
What do you do or take to help it? and do you really notice a difference right away or does it take time?
Thanks a lot to you wonderful people!!!
Do you think nerve pain can be related to the lymphatic system as well?

The lymphatic system has no heart like the circulatory system. This is a benefit when you have something like the flu where you lie still and feel better because the lymph holds toxins.

Then the lymph starts moving as you start feeling better and your body eliminates the toxins.

But with lyme being long term, you have to keep the lymph flowing. Movement helps, that's one reason some kind of appropriate exercise is important.

Rebounding also helps. As does lymphatic massage and skin brushing.

Thanks six!! When I looked at pictures of the luymphatic system, I actually could not differentiate it from the nerve system... I mean those vessels seem to be parallel to the venous and nervous system, I am wrong?... I just wonder hor this "parallel" system can be shut down from
those that mean too many toxins? but it seems to me that everytime i flush out toxins, I first feel better, but right after, I crash again. does that mean that less toxins in the lympahtic system causes more fatigue? I just don't understand how this works... Is it possible to ever clean it?
