anyone experience the glands in their neck being swollen for long periods of time? for past 3 weeks i can actually feel them move when i turn my head- not painful just uncomftorable. recently got over a cold-

Yup-- you need to do some Lymph detox pronto. Sit in a sauna, chug lemon water, get some detox tea from whole foods!

Any infection can cause swollen lymph nodes...viral or bacterial...

I agree with tomaca, any infeciton can cause that simply because the lymph nodes shelter the immune system, thus itsthere preparing to attack bugs, but he nodes are also places where the toxins are stored waiting to be evacuated so you would certainelt benefit from lymph detox as said Withneys.
