Thanks to a recent posting on these boards I switched my dosing of Samento and Banderol which I was taking together (different times).

Yesterday I skipped the Banderol and took an afternoon dose of 8 drops of Samento and another 8 drops in the evening.

Today I took 8 drops of Samento in the am and another 8 drops at noon.

Within an 1 1/2 hours after my second dose my neck muscles got very sore and I got a slight headache.

With 2 and a half hours the neck pain subsided and headache was gone.

Could this be the beginning of a herx?

I will take another 8 drops before bed tonight and see what happens.

I would say yes.. That type of response is typical of a herx reaction. Keep us posted on your progress!
