I know this may be a strange question but I got big time sick a couple of times when I took it.
The only other possible cause is Mepron but Iv'e been taking that for the last few days again with no issues
I added in the florastor earlier today and now feel like crap. Bad nausea and don't feel right in the head

I have heard of others saying the same thing. Some people are very sensitive to any kind of yeast.
Hope you feel better soon!

On the iherb reviews, there was a comment about it causing an intestinal infection. I think you have to use your better judgement when using this.

Lymetoo does this mean any yeast or supplemental stuff? I don't have problems with anything else I eat or drink. Is it because it is live yeast? Is it just that particular strain or type possibly? Only reason I took it is because the LLMD said to trying to avoid c-diff

well i've always wondered about having systemic yeast and then taking florastor. cause to me, you're just adding more yeast to an already overloaded system.
don't make sense...

I've been taking Florastor twice daily since November to avoid c-dif.
I've had no issues w/ it and actually feel that it along with another probiotic 50 billion count has helped me with more regular/solid bowel movements.

Joe... It's different from regular yeast.. but if you're very sensitive I would think it could be a problem. Try it again and if it's still bad.. maybe just go to very strong dosages of regular probiotics.
Everyone is different.
