My LLMD has me taking 9g of fish oil, because of ulcerative colitis. I started coconut oil for it, too (and hope for the other benefits claimed). I am up to 2 t. of that.

Does it sound like too much? Can I take more coconut oil? Should I decrease the fish oil in order to take more coconut oil? I'd rather take more coconut oil and decrease the fish oil if that's what is necessary.

Thanks for any help.

My LLMD didn't suggest the VCO, another Lymie on another group did a few yrs. ago. I just got up the courage to get past it looking like Crisco. LOL What helped that was my GI wanting to put me on chemo for my UC.

Which brand fish oil? I just ordered some Omegabrite, so I was curious.
