I've been mixing my greens drink (powder) which has 450 mg of Chlorella in it with 500 mg of Vitamin C powder (whole foods vitamin). I just read that Vitamin C should be taken as far away from Chlorella as possible.
I'm not doing this for amalgam detox, just taking it for regular detoxing, energy, etc.
Any thoughts about vitamin C and Chlorella being taken close together? Is this a no-no?

I take Chlorella away from everything else - esp. vit C and minerals.
I try for two hours but mostly space by at least an hour.
I think the chlorella absorbs the Vit C.

Thanks, mojo. Interesting, I just noticed that there is vitamin C in the greens along with chlorella.
I've been adding additional chlorella tablets to my regular supplements and have noticed an increase in energy and more frequent bowel movements (nice benefit). : )
It's so hard sometimes to get this all figured out, when to take this, when to space it out, when to avoid it all together, etc, etc. Seems you gotta be a scientist sometimes to figure it all out.
