I'm more worried about the psych meds than the doxy. I'm sure one missed dose of that isn't going to do anything.

But I've never missed a dose of my Lamictal or Celexa and I don't know if that will do anything. I'm pretty sure that it's built up in my system and won't do much, but I'm not sure.

You should just wait till your next dose. You may have absorbs a little and you dont want to have too much.

I'm not a doctor, but I am an ICU nurse and the rule of thumb we used was if you vomit within 30 minute of taking your meds, take them again. If its been longer than 30 minutes, the meds have had time to be partially if not totally absorbed and you would just wait until your next dose.

However, in my experience as a Lyme patient with seizures, I throw up all the time and if I vomit within an hour or 90 minutes after taking my meds, i repeat the Keppra for seizures to prevent breakthrough seizures.

But when in doubt consult your health care provider for specific instruction pertaining to specific medications.
