Many times here I've seen Help with Reading/Understanding IenenX test results.
How do you get these results? They send it to the ordering Dr. and we have to wait for them to read them & give us the results....right?
Is this how it works?
Today, I just received a itemized bill from IgeneX stating which tests were done and the final Cost! No Results..(which I wasn't expecting, but just curious how others get thier's?)

IGeneX is only going to release the results to a doctor.
But many people get a "regular" doctor to order the IGeneX tests while they are waiting to see (or still deciding whether to see) an LLMD who would know how to interpret them.

I was at the doctor's office the minute his IgeneX labs came in over the fax. I got a copy and went home to call a Lyme specialist. My oldest's were given to me by email from our new Lyme doctor then I got a copy when he had an appointment. Then I was tested and the doctor faxed a copy to me at work. My sister is having her son's mailed to her as the nurse wouldn't give the results to her over the phone and it will be weeks before her son is seen anywhere. The new doc was going to get the results before she did. IgeneX will only fax to a physician's office. I'm sorry you have to wait!

Jenn, I got your PM, but since your mailbox isn't working, I can't answer. Please PM me your email address so we can communicate. I've forwarded your PM onto the webmaster to see if he can fix it.
