How can it be effective in the a.m. if it is a short lived and supposedly blocks the endorphin productions just for a short time, which makes your body produce more. Plus, the studies say the endorphins get released about 2-4 a.m.?
So, how can taking it in the a.m. help? I am having insomnia and would like to take it in the a.m., but don't understand how it could be beneficial taking it then.

LDN is supposed to be taken between 9-10 at night to work effectively. Though you *can* take it in the morning if insomnia is an issue, it is not reccomended for maximum efficiency.

For best results, take before bedtime as that is when your mody makes the endorphins.
