So I'm breaking out all over back, chest, shoulders. Not really on much right now. What's going on? Anything related to lyme?

Unfortunately I am having the same thing! It is really bad on my face (chin area), some on my chest, all over my back, and even some going down my upper arms! Never had acne this bad before.
For me, it came on quickly once I went off antibiotics and started taking diflucan daily for yeast. My doc says it must be due to the die off of yeast. I guess that make sense, but it sucks.

Only just recently did I notice a slight improvement, and that was when I started taking diflucan, stopped all anitbiotics, and completed an herbal yeast cleanse. I certainly don't feel like myself again or anything, but there has been a small improvement within the last couple weeks.
How about you??

I have actually been feeling much better, not completely, but definitely better. I found Diflucan to have a very positive effect. I also find that some light weight work is doing wonders.

The acne did come on after the diflucan course. I was on it for maybe six months?
