Does anyone definatively have Lyme while CD57 test is in normal range?

I've seen a few posts here and there of a few folks who had normal CD57's but positive Lyme tests.

It does not rule it out. It helps to decide if you can stop treatment as a very low number means you are most likely to relapse.
Many people in the beginning stages of Lyme may still have a normal number.

"Elevated CD57 such as 400 may occur. HIV patients do exist with high CD4 counts as a corollary though the CD4 cells may not work well or function properly. Thus, CD57 can tell us the quantity of the cells but the issue may be the quality or whether or not the cells can function optimally. (Another practitioner suggested that many cases of high CD57 show drops in CD57 results once treatment begins)"

So confusing. My new LLMD saw that my CD57 was normal two months ago. So thinks I only have Bartonella and maybe other co's.
So I wonder why she is still keeping me on Zith and Omnicef. Will start Bactrim again for Bart as soon as I get the courage, last time I herxed so bad could not even get out of bed - stopped the bactrim after 4 days. Anyway, thanks for the input re: the cd57. VEry helpful.

I'm thinking Bart is a huge issue for me, and Bactrim has, so far, kicked my behind the hardest. I have to drastically lower the dose with a pill cutter. I wake in the mornings feeling like I was beaten with a club.
( My CD57 is in the 400's )
