I have been in so much pain over the last four years.

THis is what worked for me.

Having a smoothie, instead of regular food, but stay away from using milk.

I use coconut oil, grapeseed oil, fresh fruit, protien powder, lemon juice, frozen fruit, and Almond milk.

I also puree homemade soup. I make a huge batch and freeze it.

Again, i add grapeseed oil, no meat, lots of broccoli, carrots, and other veggies.

Staying away from milk products, meat, bread, sugars, really helped.

Coconut oil may have caused my pain to get worse, but I am not going to test that theory, yet.

A dark, cool room helps me.

Ear plugs in all the time helps me.

Lots of water, TONS of probiotics. staying in bed.

I know that salt is bad, but drinking pickle juice, and saurekraut juice really helps me.

My pain is torture! and after 4 years of this constant pain, that only morphine drip could take away, I tried anything.

Because it is not like I am ever able to go back on that morphine drip when I want.

Well, this is some ideas.

I am also on high doses of oral antibiotics, treatment for Babesia, and other meds.

My treatment has been for 18 months.

If I eat a small meal before bed, and fall asleep fast, then usually the pain isn't too bad.

So I don't eat anything all day.

I tried to eat, just a couple of hours ago, and within 15 minutes I was crying from intense pain that had me begging God for mercy!

I wish I would have waited to eat.

I am not a doctor. I have no clue.
