Just wondering if anyone gives probiotics or other supplements to their children? If yes, what?
I have been so focused on my own health and want to make sure I am doing what I can to keep my boys healthy.

YES!!! Probiotics are wonderful for children!
CAUTION: Infants have fewer probiotics in their digestive tracts than adults. Mainly bifidus and acidophilus types.
Yum-Yum Dophilus by Jarrow Formulas is fairly popular for kids.
Do not overdo vitamins, there is such a thing as overdose and toxicity ranges. Follow the directions on the bottle, and/or see Earl Mindell's The Vitamin Bible of the 21st Century for adult optimal range info, toxicity doses, deficiency symptoms, etc.
Scale down a child's dosage by body weight. If an adult weighs 150 lbs and a child weighs 50 lbs, give them 1/3 the adult dose. That's an example.
Some herbs may not be as well suited to children as they are to adults. WishGarden Herbs makes a product line for children and is excellent.
Nordic Naturals Fish Berries are liked by many kids if you want a good fish oil supplement that is PCB and mercury-free.
