Is it ok to take my two proboscis together?
One is a blend of lactobacillus acidophilus ncfm Bifodobacterium lactis Bi-07 15 billion And Floristar...saccharomyces boulardil lyo
How many should I be taking and is once a day enough? I have to fit it in to be far enough away from my antibiotics which is two hours apart?
Hope this makes sense.......

Yes, Florastor is a beneficial yeast and Lactobacillus is a beneficial bacteria.
All of us should be on these/
The Florastor is great stuff but I would try to get a probiotic with more than 15 billion.

Yes. Now s.boulardii is a bit different .. so I'm not sure about separating them.
But any other probiotics go together.
Be sure not to take Nystatin or Diflucan while on s.boulardii. It will kill it out.

I take my saccharomyces boulardil pill with my probiotics. I hope it's not negating it. I do know that you can take SBC with your abx though since good yeast doesn't kill yeast.
I take 2 SBC a day and 4 Theralac a day and 2 VSL#3 a day. All 3 hrs apt from abx.
You can take the Nystatin at the same time you take your abx.

Thanks to this board, I found out that my insurance covers VSL #3 DS..It has 900 billion per serving.
It is prescription strength. I asked my LLMD about it and he was happy to give me a prescription for it.
