I have never used A-Bart, just abx for Bartonella. But I have used A-L complex and A-Bab with huge success.
Give it time though. At least a couple of months. I steadily got better and better on these and I am so glad I tried them with no abx and stuck it out.
I did have some days that I almost jumped back on antimalarials and antibiotics but I didn't.
I hope it helps you!

I just got A-Bart.
How do you take this? Do you put the drop in water or just drop it straight in your mouth?
Smells like it is going to taste awful.

Drop in a little water and hold under your tongue for a minute before swallowing.
How do I dose the formulas? If you do energetic testing, I suggest testing for dosage. Even if the amounts show higher than a drop at a time, I suggest starting with 1 drop in a small amount of water, held under the tongue 1 minute before swallowing. Titrate the dosage up from there. Typical beginning dosages for sensitive people are 1-2 drops, 1-2 X a day, 2-3X a week
