Just got back from a visit with my LLMD. I'm at a point in my treatment where he would like me to start on the Cowden Protocol.
It looks like there have been different Cowden Protocols through the years. In fact, back in 2005 when I was first diagnosed, the LLMD I was seeing then had me using Samento, Cumanda and Burbur, along with other treatment.
I'm just coming off of antibiotic treatment since August, this time around. I was alternating weeks of Artemisinin with Cefdinir, then Azithromycin with Rifampin. I've been on other antibiotics and herbals in the past.
My current LLMD thinks it would be good to clean up anything that might be left lingering, using the Cowden protocol. This version uses:
So I'm wondering a few things, and if anyone is able to shed some light, that would be great.
Where can these be bought for the best price? I'm sure you can all relate to the financial situation.
Is there a printable calendar or schedule written up that's easy (or at least helpful) to follow?
If you have used the protocol, what were the results?
How do I find the Yahoo group for the Cowden Protocol?
Thank you so much. I've been in the fight since 2000, then went misdiagnosed for 5 years. I feel like my LLMD doctor is really trying to help, and give me some hope, too.
Best wishes for your healing.

I order directly from nutramedix. They do a nice job of shipping things out on time (and they should given the prices). I do feel I'm improving with their protocol though. It bumped my CD-57 up.

Thanks to you, too. Nice to hear that the protocol is helping you and improving your CD-57. Good news.
