You need to get them down otherwise you may have to stop treating.
Milk Thistle is a must. N Acetyl Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Lemon Water.

Those are really not to high. When you are being treated you are certainly dumpimg toxins through your liver. You need to amke sure that you are going to the bathroom regularly, or the toxins will dump back into your blood. As for your liver, takes a good milk thistle product and they will come right back down. Take twice the recomended dose for the first week or two. ALA is a good product, but could raise your ALT bc you are removing more toxins so clean out your liver first.

I started on Milk thistle shortly after I had my blood drawn.
I'm currently taking 1000mg a day of milk thistle. Is this enough?
Is there a certain amount of lemon that I should be putting in my water?
Does it need to be fresh squeezed? Or can it be Lemon Juice in the bottle?

We used half a lemon in each glass.. I`m sure it varies with the individual. Also dandelion tea, burbur and pekana detox kit were helpful in bringing down enzymes.
