Currently I am just taking herbs and most days I am at 95% of normal.
I have tinnitus all the time but its usually at a tolerable level. Since February or so every few weeks (about 3?) it gets much worse and my ear very slightly throbs. Its only in one ear. The sound also pulsates with my heart rythm and gets worse when I bend over, lay down, chew.
It is so bad! Yesterday I made a doctor appointment because its been going on again for about 6 days and today it is better.
Does this sound like its from Lyme?

I don't have any answers but I have wondered too if there is a cycle going on.
I usually sleep with the TV on as it helps drown out the ringing in my ears or buzzing.
But, last night it was so loud I could not sleep even with the TV on.
I have yet to figure out why it is louder than other times or what to do about it.
