I use Biotene. If you find one, let me know. I'm not freaking out over what is in it.

I use TheraBreath ....mandarin mint flavor. Tastes like mint. I bought the lozenges at CVS. I don't know if they are natural...but they sure helped me. I would wake up in the middle of the night with cotton mouth so bad it felt like I was chewing on cotton balls that had been soaked in super glue...... It also comes in a rinse, throat spray, etc. I was told to use it by my dentist because the dry mouth was making my periodontal problems worse. I just looked at the box and it says made from all natural Ingredients...

I do not use the Biotene toothpaste or mouth rinses, but one thing that has absolutely saved me from waking up with absolutely not ONE DROP of saliva in my mouth (and what a horrible feeling!) is the Biotene Gel.
My son brought home samples from his workplace or I probably would have never tried this product, but it is the only thing I can find that WORKS And dry mouth is really bad for dental issues, which I have many.
The gel is called, "Oral Balance," Drymouth Moisturizing. I use it only at night right before I go to sleep. You just put a small strip of the gel on your tongue and spread it around inside the mouth with your tongue.
I could not find this product at the store with the other Biotene products, but I asked the pharmacist, and he ordered it for me. I am stressing, because my tube is gone, and I wake up every night again with that horrible dry mouth.
I have only experienced this for about the past year or so, and I don't know why I am suddenly experiencing the dry mouth problem. I drink a ton of water all day long, and I always have water on my nightstand, so I am puzzled as to the "why."
I have to admit that I have wondered and worried a bit about the ingredients, but it just works wonders for me, and allows me to sleep through the night.

Hope
