I had a western from stonybrook but there was not band 72 on it? It was done just last month so maybe its new or you misread it?
I have been told they are not very reputable by many on the forum. A lyme neurologist did the test and sends it through stonybrook. My other two were done through igenex.

Never had good results from Stony Brook although to be fair I was tested thru that lab early in my lyme journey. Never got more than a Band 41. From what I understand they are very conservative with their testing.
