My WB came back with band 23 (igm) reactive, now The ANA Screen IFA is positive. Also ANA Pattern shows Nucleolar and ANA Titer is 1:80H. What does all this mean. Oh yes, my TSH is 5.94. IS all this consistent with Lyme? Coinfection tests are still pending. Please help!

Many people with Lyme have a positive ANA. I'm not sure how high 1:80 is.

My ANA is 1:640 and no rheumatologist cared that I was 1:80 long ago. My son is 1:80 now and as a pediatric patient it says further investigation warranted but as an adult is inconclusive of anything. His pediatric rheumatologist didn't worry about it all at 1:80.
