I have noticed weekly cycles and was wondering what that is from. Lyme disease cycle is every 3-4 weeks from what I have read so I am curious about this also. I think I read somewhere that babs has a weekly cycle but I am not treating for that so it wouldnt make sense to be herxing from that. Maybe someone with more experience can answer this. I am new to all of this.

Babs flares weekly. You don't have to be treating babs to have the weekly flares, as I understand it.

depends on herbs and food intake also..
when i do garlic i herx more often
when i eat onions too.
try to keep a running chart of when you cycle,
but, generally my meds change and my herx change too...
their are so many variables..
oh, and here comes a full moon.. a for sure 2 day herx no matter what i do..
so, i never plan a big event around the moon
micro manage this and go slow with all things
