Hey all. I adjusted some of my supps and the doc added A-bart to my regimen. I can't really figure out when the heck to take it though!

Also...any other suggestions about the supps are welcomed. I'm not really sure if I have others timed right either.

Hmmm I can't help with the A Bart but you should be taking the Vit D closer to bedtime....it is a hormone. I also know that oils (Vit D included) and minerals should not be taken at the same time

Thank you! I didn't know that but I can easily switch to evenings.

I just want to get the most out of these supps and meds.

You could try taking the A-Bart 30-60min before lunch and again in the evening about an hour before bed. That way it would be separated from the antibiotics by a couple hours.

If that is too difficult you could take it a few minutes before breakfast and a few minutes before dinner. Then take your other supplements and meds as usual after your meals. You do get some separation with the time it takes you to eat your food. It's not ideal but my doc told me that it's OK. He said it's better for me to take them this way than to forget and not take them at all.
