Google S.A.T. supplement. That's a possibility. Worked well for me.

Look into Phospholipid Exchange. Biopureus carries a powdered one at a fraction of the cost of the liquid ones.
PhosphoLipid Exchange Helps lower the following: Cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL (Low density lipoprotein/ bad cholesterol) LP (a), Soluble Fibrin Toxic heavy metals in body and brain Thickness of blood, making blood more fluid
It also delivers meds and supplements to where they need to go.
Take care.

Gigi, do you know where we can purchase that in the US? The biopure website says they're out of stock. Thanks

James1959, no, I don't know who else carries it. It has only been very recently that Biopure in Bellevue, WA carries it in powder. Call them and find out. http://www.biopureus.com/store.html Doesn't look like they are out of stock here.
Also, you all should learn how to make a liposomal with it. Google and/or go to Betterhealthguy.com
Several protocols published by Dr. K. tell how to do it; and it is part of his Lyme cocktail (KLC).
Take care.

Gigi - thanks a lot! I assume you were replying to me, even though you spelled my username incorrectly.
I was looking at the biopure europe website, so that's why I thought they were out of stock.
If I order that from biopure, is there anything else unique there that you consider important?
That's the first time I'm looking at the KLC. It's unbelievably complex! Doesn't anyone sell like a pre-mix powder or something? Does it have to be homemade with 10-20 different individual ingredients? It just seems so un-user-friendly!

Liver flushes (I like Hulda Clark liver cleanse) and coffee enemas.

gigi--that looks like good stuff and betterhealthguy mentions it too. Are there any downsides to this? Like, am I going to get worse before I get better? Can I add this to all the other supplements and herbals I'm doing? 17hens--Good thread, wish I had a mom like you. Last year my dad's wife rubbed castor oil on my neck and it worked wonders. six--they tested me--bioenergetically--for all sorts of liver flushes & support and nothing came up that was going to be helpful.

I just detoxed by sweating on a far infrared biomat for six months, once a week for an hour. Now I'm starting to handle chemicals again - both touching and swelling.
There's also portable FIR tents and large FIR cabinets. If you try it, you need to shower off right away to get the toxins off the skin.

I already take milk thistle that I buy from my LLMD. I'm going to try dry skin brushing and be sure to drink more lemon infused water (home made that is.)
Robin--I need to look into the FIR saunas. Lala--what is NAC?

Aren't the last few things "detox" but not necessarily "liver detox"?
They would reduce the stress on the liver by detoxing the body thru other avenues but would they necessarily clean the liver?
I'm not arguing, just thinking about it...

17hens--I suppose so. I guess any detox is a detox, but liver is where my "problem" is.
I've got to do what I can since my blood will be tested on Monday to determine if I can go back on antibiotics. It's not lyme/babs that worries me, I've got a high strep titer I'd like to see go down.

Gigi - I studied some more about making homemade lyposomals. It sounds pretty easy.
Is there a list somewhere of the supplements that can be made lyposomal? We already know that C and glutathione can be done, and now you've mentioned that phospholipid exchange can also be made lyposomal. Is there anything else that should be made in this form?
Thanks! This is very interesting. I'm already buying the liposomal C and GSH, but they are very expensive, and I think it would be nice if I could make my own homemade.

at my appt with my llmd yesterday her suggested either dual-tox, or pomegranate juice, parsley, watercress, and burdock root to help my liver. I tried milk thistle but got upper gi burning(a common side effect for me)
I'm just starting with the pom juice.
